Naya is a black-and-white Siberian Husky with one eye of brilliant blue and one of warm amber. She lives half-wild near a lakeside cabin in the northern wilderness, coming and going as she pleases. Her energy is relentless, her curiosity unstoppable, and her dramatic vocalizations can be heard echoing across the frozen lake. A pink ribbon braided into her thick neck fur is the only sign she has ever known human hands.

Silka is a lithe white wolf who haunts the birch forests of the far north. Her silvery fur blends perfectly with the snow, and her ice-blue eyes hold a playful intelligence that belies her cautious nature. She wears a faded blue bandana, the only trace of a human who once showed her kindness. She is equal parts wild grace and quiet mischief.
