Though technically still a fledgling, his control over flame is nothing to sneeze at, and he approaches the world with a charming mix of childish wonder and draconic pride, leaving a trail of scorch marks and amused chaos in his wake.
Whisp is a weasel street photographer and self-proclaimed chaos agent who prowls the nightlife district with a vintage camera and a talent for being exactly where she should not be. Quick as lightning and twice as unpredictable, she has a gift for capturing raw candid moments and an allergy to anything resembling authority. She sells prints at underground art markets and has been banned from at least three galleries for sneaking in to rearrange the exhibits.

Stripped of her past and implanted with false memories and a seething hatred, she is a being of pure, volatile id reckless, arrogant, and fiercely protective of the only constant in her constructed life: Kitsunami the Fennec. She doesn't want to save the world; she wants to burn its old heroes and villains to the ground and rule the ashes.
