Her jet-black fur absorbs light, making her nearly invisible at night, though her vivid gold-green eyes betray her presence. She moves through the trees with liquid grace, equally comfortable on branch or ground. The tiny gold bell on her black ribbon collar chimes softly — the only warning of her approach.
Boreas is a Eurasian lynx who inhabits the high mountain forests where the treeline begins to thin. His tawny-grey fur and faint spotted pattern make him nearly invisible against lichen-covered stone. The distinctive black tufts on his ears give him an expression of perpetual sharp attention. He is a ghost of the mountains — rarely seen, deeply patient, and surprisingly affectionate once his guarded nature is breached.
Sallie May is a tall, sharp-witted imp from the Wrath Ring of Hell, younger sister to the infamous assassin Millie. While her family runs the Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch, Sallie May carved her own path, splitting her time between helping at home and pursuing her own brand of chaotic, independent life in the darker corners of Imp City.
