Her partnership with a dim but well-meaning dog agent tests her patience daily. She represents competence, professionalism, and the frustration of working with idiots.
Rouge is a government spy and treasure hunter with an obsession for jewels, especially the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald. Working for G.U.N. while pursuing her own agenda, Rouge is a master of manipulation and seduction. Despite her self-serving exterior, she has genuine connections with Shadow and Omega, and occasionally does the right thing - when it doesn't conflict with her jewels.
