A former serial killer and radio host from New Orleans who died in 1933, he arrived in Hell and rapidly rose to power through his entertaining massacres broadcast over the radio. He offers his services to Charlie's Hazbin Hotel for his own amusement, wielding shadow magic and maintaining an unsettling permanent grin. His true motives remain mysterious, but his power is undeniable.
