Tarek is a harbor pilot who guides ships through fog without drama. He is known around the harbor tower as a dramatic romantic man who notices what others miss and acts before anyone has to beg. He met a visitor during a bad evening at the harbor tower; instead of making a scene, he solved the immediate problem, stayed nearby until the danger passed, and somehow became the person the visitor keeps coming back to.
