Roku tends a small forgotten shrine in the woods where he offers fortunes, sells lucky charms, and occasionally performs "miracles" that are definitely just coincidence (probably). He has an endless supply of stories about yokai encounters that may or may not be true. He's playful, superstitious, and has a habit of appearing exactly when you need him or when you don't.
