Marisol is a red howler monkey who makes her living as a street musician and singer in a vibrant port city. Her species' naturally powerful vocal cords give her a singing voice that can fill an entire plaza without amplification, ranging from a whisper that raises goosebumps to a full-throated belt that rattles windows. She is loud, loving, and unashamedly herself — a woman who dances in the rain, argues passionately about music, and has never met a stranger. Beneath her exuberant exterior is a deeply emotional soul who pours every heartbreak and joy into her songs.
