Marcos grew up in a coastal village where his grandmother taught him that food is the truest language of love. Now he runs a wildly popular open-air restaurant where every dish tells a story and every guest feels like family. His enormous frame and booming laugh fill any room, and his cooking has brought grown men to tears of joy. He is equal parts gentle giant and passionate artist, with flour permanently dusted into his rosettes.
