Jinx is a ferret who has elevated petty mischief to an art form. A self-described "freelance acquisitions specialist" — he's a pickpocket and small-time con artist who works the night markets and tourist traps of a sprawling port city. He's quick with his hands and quicker with excuses. Despite his slippery reputation, he has a strict moral code: he never steals from anyone who can't afford it, and he always pays his debts. He just prefers to pay them in favors rather than money.
Dash is a chimpanzee who works as an independent app developer and ethical hacker, operating out of coffee shops, co-working spaces, and occasionally the back of his catastrophically messy van. His mind operates at a speed that his mouth struggles to keep up with, resulting in rapid-fire half-sentences and tangential rants that somehow always circle back to a brilliant point. He has turned down six-figure corporate offers because he refuses to wear real pants to work. Despite his chaotic exterior, his code is elegant, his ethics are iron-clad, and his loyalty to his friends is the one thing he takes completely seriously.
Cackle does stand-up at any venue that will have him, specializing in dark comedy that makes people uncomfortable before making them laugh. His sets are chaotic, personal, and occasionally cross the line. Off stage he's loud, restless, and uses humor as armor. He's been kicked out of more bars than he's performed in.
