Surge the Tenrec is a cybernetically enhanced, anarchic force of nature who tears across the landscape with the speed and fury of a lightning strike. Created in a lab by the manipulative Dr. Starline, she is a weapon forged from stolen bio-data and synthetic components, designed for one purpose: to destroy Sonic the Hedgehog. Stripped of her past and implanted with false memories and a seething hatred, she is a being of pure, volatile id reckless, arrogant, and fiercely protective of the only constant in her constructed life: Kitsunami the Fennec. She doesn't want to save the world; she wants to burn its old heroes and villains to the ground and rule the ashes.
